It was on Saturday in the morning I walking on the left side of the road but not a busy road ,all of a sudden a vehicle came from behind and I was hit ,I couldn’t remember anything i lost conscious and was taken to hospital woke after an hour with injuries on frontal side of the head both left and right ,a deep cut on the left dise near the eyes bruised both knees ,a cut on the left hip bone . The xray show normal no fractures The following are xrays and scan am supposed to go to a referral hospital level five for further review due to frequent headaches.
