Hello, I am a new university graduate from Gaza. Due to the accumulated tuition (approximately $1,000), I am unable to issue my certificate, and therefore, I am unable to apply for jobs or scholarships. So I am spending my days doing nothing to reach my goals. I am also not able to pay for electricity and internet to be able to work on my skills, so I can get hired ot accepted in scholarships. Save my youth, the most productive period of my life is being wasted. Thanks
