Recently after my weight loss and weakness started i checked up and came to know i have high diabetes which is affecting my kidneys too..As i have to support my old parents and child,family its too hard to complete medicine, insulin and kidney surgery expenses due to inflation in my country.. I am suffering at both ends one medical condition and second a family to feed for that i need medical assistance..
