By submitting a humanitarian aid request through Crypto Donate Now, you agree to the following terms governing the application, evaluation, and assistance process.

Accuracy & Authenticity
All information and documents submitted must be 100% accurate and authentic. Any false or forged information will result in immediate rejection and permanent disqualification from future applications. We reserve the right to verify all submitted details.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal, medical, and financial data is treated with strict confidentiality and stored with SSL/TLS encryption. Data is shared only with trusted humanitarian partners for aid delivery or with legal authorities if required. We fully comply with GDPR (EU residents) and equivalent data protection standards.
Ownership & Publication
By submitting your request, you grant Crypto Donate Now the right to publish your anonymized story (no name or personal identifiers) for transparency and fundraising purposes, unless you explicitly opt out. All submitted documents remain the property of Crypto Donate Now for verification and reporting.
Evaluation & Priority
Requests are evaluated based on urgency and available funds. Urgent medical cases receive the highest priority, followed by other requests in order of submission and evidence strength. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Transfer & Payment
Aid is transferred via stablecoins (USDT on TRC20 network) for fast, secure, and low-cost delivery. We are not responsible for blockchain network fees or market fluctuations. All transfers are fully traceable on the blockchain for transparency.
Legal Compliance

Withdrawal & Termination

Originality & Copyright Policy

Upon approval and publication, Crypto Donate Now retains full ownership and rights to the article for use on our platforms. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and promote the content. Content & Tone
Maintain a positive, professional, and inspiring tone aligned with Crypto Donate Now’s humanitarian mission. Avoid controversial or offensive content.
Include this disclosure at the end of every article:

Topic Assignment & Delivery Deadline
All article topics are assigned by the Crypto Donate Now editorial team. Upon acceptance, you will receive your topic(s) via email with detailed guidelines.
Delivery deadline: maximum 7 days from the date the topic is assigned.
Up to two free revisions may be requested. Payment is released only after final approval.
Compensation
